In-home senior care · Kolkata
Love was never what ran short — hours are.
Your parents need you, your children need you, your work needs you. And there is only one of you. Noble Hands is there in the hours you can't be — with trusted, trained caregivers for your ageing parents at home.
We're opening soon in New Town, Salt Lake and around Kolkata. Be the first to know when we begin in your area.
Some of us live in the same house and still can't be there — out all day, drained by night. Some of us are in another city, or another country, managing from a distance where every unanswered call puts our heart in our throat.
Different distances, the same wound: our parents need someone there, and we can't always be that someone. That is not a failure of love. It is arithmetic.

How care works
Trained before they arrive
Every caregiver is recruited, trained, and verified by us before their first home.
The same person, wherever possible
Familiarity matters to your parent, so we protect continuity.
A daily update
Meals, medicines, mood, movement, and anything we noticed — in a short, plain note.
Honesty when plans change
If a caregiver can't come, we tell you in advance and send a briefed replacement. Never a silent gap.
Who we serve
The working family in the same house
You're there at night, but the day belongs to someone else. We hold the day.
The child in another city or abroad
You can book from anywhere, and read the day's update over your morning coffee.
The family managing a recovery
Attendant care, nursing, and physiotherapy arranged together, not vendor by vendor.
Questions families ask
How are caregivers vetted and trained?
We recruit them ourselves, verify identity and references, and train them in elder care, hygiene, mobility, safety, and how to speak with an older person respectfully — before their first home. A supervisor stays responsible for them after that.
What areas do you serve?
We're beginning in New Town and Salt Lake, and expanding across Kolkata from there. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day we open in your area.
What if we're not happy?
Tell your point of contact. We'll hear it properly, fix what we can, and change the caregiver if that's the right answer. The standard is ours to keep, not yours to manage.
How do we start?
Join the waitlist or call us. We'll talk through your parent's needs, and most families begin with check-in visits or a few hours of attendant care.
Can I book from abroad for my parent in Kolkata?
Yes — many of our families do. You handle the booking, payment, and updates; your parent only has to open the door to someone we trained.
What's included in a daily update?
A short note: meals, medicines, movement, mood, sleep if relevant, anything unusual we noticed, and what's planned tomorrow. Plain language, sent on WhatsApp.
For caregivers
Work that respects you.
You are not a spare pair of hands. You carry the whole promise of Noble Hands into someone's home. We build this company on one belief: families cannot be given good care by people who are not treated well themselves. So we start with you.
What we offer
Real training before your first home
Hands-on, in person — not a video you watch alone.
Steady work across families
A reliable income, not whatever turns up.
Paid on time, every time
With bonuses and benefits that grow the longer you stay.
Someone behind you
A supervisor who answers, backup when you're unwell, support when a family is difficult.
A way to grow
Senior caregiver, trainer, supervisor.
Roles we hire for
What we look for
Warmth first — we can teach skills, not kindness. Then reliability and integrity: turn up when you said you would, tell the truth, and hold the lines we never cross.
Tell us about yourself
Name, phone, experience, and the role you're interested in. We read every one, and we reply.
About Noble Hands
We exist to be there in the hours you can't be.
Our story
Noble Hands began with a personal truth — watching an ageing parent need care, and feeling the guilt of not always being able to be there. We realised millions of Indian families live this every day: they love their parents deeply, but love was never what ran short. Hours are. Noble Hands exists to be there in those hours.
Our promise
The product is not one person — it's the Noble Hands standard: the same warmth, trust, and responsibility every time, whoever we send. We don't just find good caregivers. We train them and stand behind them.
Our values
Dignity
Your parent is an adult with a life, a history, and preferences. We treat them that way.
Professional empathy
Genuine warmth with a caring boundary — the empathy of a great nurse, calibrated to each role.
Our bright lines
We never harm, never take, never lie, and never leave a parent unsafe.
How we're different
Our own trained caregivers
Employed and accountable to us — not a gig marketplace of strangers.
Care-led, not clinical
We're not a hospital. We bring clinical help in only when it's needed.
Built for ageing at home
Not senior living. Home is where your parent wants to be, so that's where we work.
Contact
Talk to a person, not a portal.
Whether you're caring for a parent from next door or across the world, we're here to help.
