For families
One trusted door for everything your parent needs at home.
Choose only what your parent needs today. Add, change, or pause as their needs change — one point of contact throughout.
Attendant Care
Bathing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals, medicine reminders, and an honest note at the end of the day — one your parent knows is being sent. Booked hourly, half-day, full-day, or as week, 15-day, or month packages.
For: parents who need real daily help — whether you're in the same city or abroad.
Companionship
Conversation, reading, games, engagement, and steady emotional presence through the hours that feel longest.
For: the parent who is safe, but alone.
Accompaniment
Doctor visits, bank, temple, market, evening walks — with mobility support throughout and a note on how it went.
For: when you can't take leave for every outing.
Check-In Visits
Short scheduled visits, a wellbeing check, and a daily update in your hands.
For: the easy way to start — and to stay reassured from a distance.
Nursing & Physiotherapy
Qualified nurses and physiotherapists from our vetted panel, per visit, when there's a clinical or recovery need. Coordinated so you're not juggling vendors.
For: families managing a recovery or an ongoing condition.
A note for the parent you're caring for: something you can send them before we ever knock.
How care works
Trained before they arrive
Every caregiver is recruited, trained, and verified by us before their first home.
The same person, wherever possible
Familiarity matters to your parent, so we protect continuity.
A daily update
Meals, medicines, mood, movement, and anything we noticed — in a short, plain note.
Honesty when plans change
If a caregiver can't come, we tell you in advance and send a briefed replacement. Never a silent gap.
Who we serve
The working family in the same house
You're there at night, but the day belongs to someone else. We hold the day.
The child in another city or abroad
You can book from anywhere, and read the day's update over your morning coffee.
The family managing a recovery
Attendant care, nursing, and physiotherapy arranged together, not vendor by vendor.
Questions families ask
How are caregivers vetted and trained?
We recruit them ourselves, verify identity and references, and train them in elder care, hygiene, mobility, safety, and how to speak with an older person respectfully — before their first home. A supervisor stays responsible for them after that.
What areas do you serve?
We're opening soon across Kolkata. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when we begin serving your area.
What if we're not happy?
Tell your point of contact. We'll hear it properly, fix what we can, and change the caregiver if that's the right answer. The standard is ours to keep, not yours to manage.
How do we start?
Join the waitlist or call us. We'll talk through your parent's needs, and most families begin with check-in visits or a few hours of attendant care.
Can I book from abroad for my parent in Kolkata?
Yes — many of our families do. You handle the booking, payment, and updates; your parent only has to open the door to someone we trained.
What's included in a daily update?
A short note: meals, medicines, movement, mood, sleep if relevant, anything unusual we noticed, and what's planned tomorrow. Plain language, sent on WhatsApp. Your parent knows the note is going to you, and can read it any time they ask.
